How we work together, what we promise, and what we can't do.
All training programs, consulting engagements, and speaking fees require a non-refundable deposit to secure your date and reserve Lizzy's time.
When you book Lizzy's time, you're reserving her calendar. That means other opportunities must be declined. Your deposit secures that commitment.
Additionally, Lizzy designs custom content for each engagement—frameworks, case studies, and tailored strategies that are created specifically for you and your team. Once delivered, that intellectual property cannot be "un-shared" or reversed. That's why deposits are non-refundable.
We don't do refunds because we can't take back what's already been shared.
Your Cancellation: If you cancel more than 30 days before the engagement, your deposit can be transferred to a different date or product. Cancellations within 30 days forfeit the deposit.
Lizzy's Cancellation: If Lizzy must cancel due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond her control, you will receive a full refund or the ability to reschedule at no additional cost.
Force Majeure: In the event of natural disaster, war, government action, or other unforeseeable event that makes performance impossible, both parties agree that the deposit will be held and applied to a future engagement within 12 months.
Booking & Deposit: Speaking engagements require a 50% deposit to secure the date. Final payment due 14 days before the event.
Duration: Keynotes are 45-60 minutes plus 15 minutes Q&A. Custom durations available by request with advance notice.
Technical Requirements: You provide high-quality audio/visual (microphone, projector, reliable internet). Lizzy will send AV specs upon booking.
Recording Rights: Unless explicitly agreed in writing, recordings remain the property of the host organization. Lizzy retains the right to use clips for marketing purposes.
Travel: Domestic travel (flight, hotel, ground transport) is covered by the speaker fee for events within the continental US. International travel, special accommodations, or travel for team members requires separate negotiation.
Instant Digital Products: PDFs, frameworks, templates, and downloadable resources are delivered immediately upon purchase. No refunds on digital products once access is granted.
Recurring Subscriptions: Monthly or annual memberships (e.g., Movemapper AI coaching) can be cancelled anytime. Your access continues through the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.
Access & Licenses: You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the products for your own use. Redistribution, resale, or sharing with others is prohibited.
